Chocolate Chip Cookies

I'm kind of picky when it comes to chocolate chip cookies. I love them, yet it's taken me a long time to find a recipe that I absolutely love. It seems whenever I make them, they go flat and turn stale after a few days... Maybe I'm just a bad cook... Well I finally found what I've been searching for all these years. A chocolate chip cookie recipe that I absolutely ADORE! And you all should feel special, because I'm going to share it with you! :) I got it last semester when my roommate, Grace made them. You know what makes these cookies stand out among all other chocolate chip cookies you've ever had?? The secret ingredient; ICE CREAM!!! I'm not usually a big fan of ice cream, especially vanilla. I'm more of a cookie and brownie person, but this will now be my reason for buying it :) Try them and tell me, are they not the best chocolate chip cookies you've ever had?
